You can hang them on a clothes line, and wait until part of the water falls off, and the remainder evaporates.If you want to dry them more quickly, you can use a centrifuge - included in many washing machines, or as a separate device. Most likely, you would still need to hang the clothes to dry after that.

We hang the clothes to expose them to air. The water in the clothes evaporates. This process can be speeded up by blowing hot air through the clothes - as in a tumble drier.
