Remove the bolt holding the blade to the left
Remove the head and put some transmission fluid into it. Try to move the shaft later.
Remove the mower deck. Remove the phillips head screw at the end of the shaft underneath the mower. The releases your shaft from the bootom of mower. Remove steering wheel and remove shaft. Replace parts as needed.

Nobody knows. Buy the new lawn mower. You will save your time and nerves...
I need to know how to remove a bolt from a pulley assembly on a Briggs and Stratton 8 hp vertical lawn mower engine. It seems to be rusty. I tied DW40 and vise grips and shaft slips. Any suggestions?
