Why does the action replay freeze on the page where it says this product isn't licensed or endorsed by Nintendo and how do you fix it?

well, u HAVE tried the A+B then when u turn on the ds holding Start + select along with it right? if not, try it because EVERYONE gets that same problem where this is the solution. urs might be different though, i don't know.
